With our Turn Key Projects, we begin with introducing the Client to the Architect. Throughout the design phase and through to Council submission. We are there to offer constant support and advice. For many of our Clients they do not reside in Cape Town and live predominantly in Johannesburg or Europe. We update the Client on a constant basis. We supply the Client with photographs of the building progress and are in constant contact via the telephone. We keep the Client informed at all times during the Project. All finishing items can be organised with the Client including supply and installation of curtains, blinds, mirrors, furniture. The Turn Key Project can either be run as a Project Management Contract or a Fixed Price Contract.
The Fixed Price Contract is a ‘lump sum’ contract. It includes a breakdown of provisional costs for all finishes which is included in the price. This enables the Client to see what has been allowed for. It gives the Client the assurance that their home will be finished beautifully and to the highest possible standard.
The Project Management Contract is a cost effective method of building where the Client is aware of all the costs incurred, in a totally transparent way. The Client is sent information of the building costs on a weekly basis. We manage your build to a fixed weekly fee. The Client has total control and flexibility over their money.
