Pike Construction is a Cape Town based building company, established in 1983. It is a second generation owned building company, started by Errol Pike and now owned and operated by his son Lance Pike. We build in Simonstown, Kommetjie, Misty Cliffs, Scarborough and the rest of the South Peninsula including building in Private Estates. We are well versed in all aspects of construction doing extensive new builds, alterations and additions. We have a very hands-on approach and work very closely with our Clients.
The entire professional team strives to complete the Project to the highest possible degree of quality, on time and within budget.
Our philosophy is that upon entering into a Contract with our Client, we are also entering into a partnership with the Client.
